Security Policy

We take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information which we hold about you. Personal information may be stored both electronically on our computer system, and in hard-copy form. Firewalls, 2048 Bit v3 SSL encryption, passwords, anti-virus software and email filters act to protect all our electronic information.

We do not store credit card information, we securely submit credit card information to our bank for processing. 

 

Returns Policy

Spray Blast Inspect endeavour to provide sufficient information for you to make an informed decision about the item you wish to purchase but if a product does not match the information that we have provided then you shall be entitled to return that product.  If you’re not sure about the details a product, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

We strongly encourage you to inspect the products as soon as you receive it and prior to damaging the packaging.  If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 14 days of the order.

All returns should be:

  • In the original, undamaged packaging,
  • Accompanied by the receipt,
  • Addressed to 361 Taylor Street, WILSONTON, QLD, 4350 Australia,

If you are in the local area, please feel free to drop in to this same address to process your return.
For items that were incorrectly supplied full refund will be provided and return freight will be paid in full.  We will provide delivery instructions and a drop off location.  Any refunds shall be made via the original payment method or as a store credit, whichever is preferred.

Please choose carefully, for return items that were incorrectly ordered there shall be a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase value plus any delivery costs involved.  The customer shall be responsible for return delivery costs.  Refunds for incorrectly ordered items shall be in the form of store credit.
Some items may not be returned if they have been incorrectly ordered, these include:

  • Manufactured Items
  • Mixed Colours
  • Custom Made to Order
  • Non-Stock Items i.e. items not displayed on the website.

Shipping Policy

  • Spray Blast Inspect will provide shipping from Wilsonton, QLD, Australia 4350 to anywhere within Australia that has freight service provider capable of shipping the item that has been purchased.

  •  The free shipping offer is available on most items for standard shipping option.  Some Bulkier items may be excluded from the free shipping offer and will be marked as such in the shipping calculator.

  • Some remote areas be excluded from the free shipping offer; These areas may include:

    • Norfolk Island                        

    • S.A. Country                            

    • W.A. Country Near                

    • W.A. Country Far                   

    • W.A. External Territories       

    • Northern Territory

  • Spray Blast Inspect shall endeavour to fill your order and ship within 1-2 Days from time of order.  If for some reason we are out of stock for any order we will endeavour to have it shipped directly from the supplier.  If there are circumstances beyond our control that prevents us from achieving this, we shall contact you promptly to inform you of the situation.

  • All delivery locations must have adequate facilities to unload delivery.  If delivery cannot be unloaded then it will be taken to the nearest depot for collection at a later time.

  • Depending on our network of delivery providers we may not deliver to PO Boxes, locked bags or parcel lockers and deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays as they apply nationally and to each State.

  • We provide customers with an estimated delivery date however these estimates are subject to change and are not guaranteed.

  • All parcels are tracked within our network of delivery providers. A parcel may be forwarded outside of this network and Spray Blast Inspect will cease receiving the tracking information.

  • Parcels shall not be left unattended at the delivery address.  There must be a person over the age of 18 present to sign for the delivery.  If no one is present at the time of delivery the parcel will be returned to the nearest depot.

  • If a parcel has been returned to depot and no instructions are provided by receiver within 5 days the parcel may be returned to sender at the discretion of the network provider.

  • If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, then the Customer may be able to arrange to collect the parcel from the courier or pay for a new delivery.

  • We rely upon the delivery details provided by the Buyer, if an item is not accepted for delivery the parcel may be returned to the Sender.

  • For larger items - the location to which the goods will shipped must have sufficient capabilities to unload heavy or palletised items.  If the receiver does not have  sufficient unloading facilities they may arrange to pick up their order at the nearest depot.
